By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website and purchase our products. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
We take care to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. However, our mushroom grow kits contain living organisms and natural materials, and variations in appearance, growth and yield may occur depending on environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and care during the growing process.
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including where pricing or product information has been displayed incorrectly. Prices for our products may change without notice.
Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only and cannot always be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal carrier and we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
Due to the nature of our products, mushroom grow kits cannot be returned once delivered. Our kits contain living cultures and fresh growing materials that begin to deteriorate from the moment they leave us and cannot be resold or reused. For this reason we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can investigate and resolve the problem. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will offer either a replacement or a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
While our kits are produced carefully and tested before dispatch, successful mushroom growth depends on environmental conditions beyond our control. For this reason we cannot guarantee identical results in every home environment. However, if you experience issues with your grow kit we will always do our best to provide guidance and support.
Fells & Fungi shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products beyond the value of the items purchased.
We aim to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all content will always be completely current or error-free.
