Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, mushroom grow kits cannot be returned once they have been delivered. Our kits contain living cultures and fresh growing materials that begin to deteriorate from the moment they leave us and cannot be resold or reused.
For this reason we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can investigate and resolve the problem.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Because our grow kits contain living organisms, successful mushroom growth depends on environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and care during the growing process. While we carefully produce and test our kits before dispatch, we cannot guarantee identical results in every home environment.
However, if you experience problems with your grow kit we are always happy to help troubleshoot and offer guidance.
