Shipping policy
At Fells & Fungi we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so that your mushroom grow kit arrives fresh and ready to grow. Our grow kits are made fresh and shipped as soon as possible to ensure the healthiest cultures.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after purchase. During busy periods dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we will always aim to send your order as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped using reliable UK delivery services. Delivery times are usually 2–4 working days, although this may vary depending on location and courier services.
Because our grow kits contain living cultures and fresh materials, we recommend opening and starting your kit as soon as possible after delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal carrier and we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
